The Site provides information about basketball skill training, sports performance training, recovery services, and membership options offered by The Champion's Factory in Louisville, Kentucky. All scheduling, pricing, and membership details are subject to change and confirmation by our staff.
3. Eligibility & User Conduct
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit false information, interfere with the operation of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems. Users under 18 should use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
