George's track record speaks for itself, from grassroots basketball to major Division I college basketball. And perhaps one of the strongest examples of his commitment to development is his own family. All three of his sons are currently playing Division I basketball, while his daughter played at the University of Texas and is now playing professionally overseas.

Having the privilege of being around my dad most of my life, I've been able to experience firsthand the passion, knowledge, and genuine care he brings to basketball and player development. George Washington was my college coach, and while his big smile and infectious energy can light up any room, his résumé and lifelong commitment to developing young people are just as impressive. George has spent decades dedicating his life to helping athletes improve their game, strengthen their character, and build a foundation for success beyond basketball.

What makes him special is the heart behind that work. He cares about the person an athlete is becoming and understands that the lessons learned through competition can carry into every part of life. I look back fondly on my college years, but I am equally grateful for the many times he has continued to show up and support me long after my college playing days ended. That continued presence says so much about who he is and how deeply he values the relationships he builds.

Training under my Dad has revolutionized my game from both a basketball and a strength & agility training perspective. His experience working and developing at every level, combined with his willingness to continue to learn and find new ways to evolve his athletes' game, has been one of the largest catalysts behind the success that I have been able to achieve and continue to. Training under my Dad has completely altered the trajectory of my athletic career. I've gotten exponentially stronger, faster, and more conditioned as a result. His training has allowed me to expand my abilities, reach my full potential, and set myself up for success in the future. The work I've put in with him has elevated my performance and given me the foundation and confidence to continue succeeding at the next level.

My dad has been training and guiding me for as long as I can remember. He has always been intentional about helping me become the best version of myself, both on and off the basketball court. He has dedicated countless hours to learning how to develop me as a basketball player, but even more importantly, he has taught me what it means to become a Godly man.

Through every season, he has believed in me with an extreme amount of confidence, often seeing potential in me before I could see it in myself. His investment in me has shaped not only the athlete I am today, but also the man I am becoming.

From the very start Coach Washington has always wanted the best for me! He sees and knows my weaknesses, and we work on them together to continue to grind to become the best version as myself, while also mastering my strengths! He has always been there for me from the early mornings to the late nights, and I have always been able to count on him! He has understood the way that I learn best and adapted to it immediately to help me get better through workouts. One day it might be breaking it down step by step and going at a slower pace or another going as fast as I can and playing through mistakes. He understands you as a person. He loves you and wants to have a relationship with you deeper than basketball and help you grow as a Man of God. He always puts God first through everything and makes sure that most importantly you have a relationship with the Lord and will guide you in any way you're struggling or need help!

I have had a great experience working with Coach Washington throughout the years I’ve known him. Everything he teaches is purposeful, game-relevant, and transferable to every level of basketball. His training covers all the areas an athlete needs to improve, develop, and take their game to the next level.

Coach George Washington has been one of the biggest blessings since my family and I moved to Louisville. From day one, he has believed in me, supported me, and challenged me to become a better player.

What separates Coach Washington is his intentionality. He doesn’t take shortcuts or just put you through workouts. He teaches the game. Every drill has a purpose, and he constantly challenges me to think, compete, and hold myself to a higher standard.
